The fish that fall into this category do occur in Aquaria stores, but often only in experienced specialist stores, or on special order.

They may be hard to find from suppliers or expensive, complicated to breed, wild caught only, difficult to keep alive after transport from shippers, sensitive to water conditions, or have specific dietary requirements.
