[edit] Identification
- Identifying the different types of Chaetostoma takes some patience, the C.milesi can vary in colour from pale dusky yellow to deep olive green, they have bold darker coloured spots covering the body and turning into bars in the caudal fin. The underside is pale and they are characterised by the fleshy "lip" on the front of their nose.
