Jim Wilson. The shop was established back in 1958 by Bert Mellow, a German fishkeeper who had an extensive knowledge of all aspects of fishkeeping, Jim started there in 1975 and took over the shop sometime after Bert retired.

Mon-Sat 9.30am-5.30pm.
Sun 11am-4.30pm.
Please note that on Saturdays when there is a football game on at Ibrox the shop may have to close around 4:30 due to excessive traffic.
Special notes
The shop was voted by PFK readers as one of the UK's top 40 stores in 2004.
- M and R Dogfish believes in a strict policy of not selling fish which are either impossible to keep, or extremely difficult to keep, or that grow to a size which is inappropriate for the aquarist.
