Talk:Palaemonetes paludosus

From The Aquarium Wiki

Jump to: navigation, search

Paleomonetes only live about 18 months, not 10 years. Other shrimp, when they are babies, look just like young paleomonetes and they can live longer. Some macrobrachium may live longer and I was sold one as a ghost shrimp for 25 cents. It lived about 2.5 years. All my other ghost shrimp lived about 12-14 months.

Hi Bulrush (again).

If you feel it's wrong please go right ahead and correct it! It's very easy and it's impossible for you to 'destroy' or muck up a page. If you want, why not put a reference link to an article on the subject from an Internet site you trust on our page next to the subject? Remember this page is as much yours as mine. :-)

If you need any help, just email me.

  • Oh I see you did correct the age! Don't forget to click on the Siggy icon please. --Quatermass 22:12, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
  • OK, I've felt motivated to add the lifespan data reference myself. But really I'd want the ref tag next to the lifespan tag inside the template. I'll ask Brian if this is possible. --Quatermass 22:23, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
