Hi,

My name is Jeff and my wife's name is Wan, we are based in Nakhon Sawan Province in Thailand. I was searching the internet and came across your site.

We have always used Indian Almond Leaves for conditioning and care of our Bettas. They increase fertility, health, and vigour. Reduces Ph in water, aids in the recovery of diseased/damaged fish and the tannin quickly colours the water.

These leaves are also ideal for Discus, gouramis, killiefish, tetras, arowana’s, angelfish, South American dwarf cichlids, corys, plecos, some rasboras some cat-fishes and crustaceans.

You can even use the leaves as the substrate in the tank together with bog wood or a tree stump with roots to create a fantastic Amazon look for blackwater fishes.

If you need any Indian Almond Leaves, we have just gathered quite a few freshly fallen leaves, prices are very reasonable and include postage via airmail from Thailand

Prices Are as follows in US $ :

30  Leaves : $7.50
50  Leaves : $10.50
100 Leaves : $20.50
200 Leaves : $35.00
300 Leaves : $50.00
400 Leaves : $65.00
500 Leaves : $80.00
1000 Leaves $120.00

We accept payment via Paypal if interested or you need more information please feel free to contact us at block-2@hotmail.com.

Regards
Jeff & Wan

Hi Jeff,

I've done some research on these leaves and I use them myself on occasion.
It's like having a wee bit of bogwood in your tank isn't it?  Cheesy

I see yours are more round that the traditional  Terminalia catappa leaf so are you sure of the species?

I also can't judge the size of the leaves from your photo. How long are they?

Lastly you say "prices are very reasonable and include postage via airmail from Thailand". But where to? Any Country?

Hi Stuart,

The leaves give off tannin's which colour the water a bit like tea they are ideal for creating a brackish enviroment.

These leaves are definitely "Terminalia Catappa" around our villlage grow several trees, they are grown to provide shade from the sun.

The leaves that we sell are all grade A : 7" - 10 ". They are either whole leaves or maybe have 1-2 small holes where insects have had a bite or may have a tear due to the clean process.

We do also sell smaller leaves, 4" - 7" and Grade B leaves in 100, 200, 500 gram and 1 kilo bags. Grade B leaves do the same job but these leaves tend to be not whole have several holes or rips due to the cleaning process.

The price includes postage via airmail from Thailand to anywhere in the world. Usually 10 - 14 working days if not sooner.

Regards
Jeff & Wan
