Detritivore also known as saprophages, detrivores or detritus feeders.

An animal that eat dead plants or animals, animal waste or detritus.

Typical examples of popular Detritivores are Copepods, Worms, etc.

  • They eat only dead animals like other fish, insects, snails, plant matter, mulm.
