An attractive small fish that looks similar to the White Cloud Mountain Minnow. It is elongated with a dark band running from nose, through the eye, to the caudal peduncle. The dorsal and anal fins both have blue iridescence while the tail is red.

Notes

These fish may arrive unexpectedly to a store as eggs in peat moss shipments. Thus, when the peat moss is placed in the tank, the fish soon appear in the tank.
