Hello, thank you for your contributions to our site. Every little bit helps and is important. When you uploaded the Electric Blue image, it did not contain any copyright information. Could you please include some details as to where you got the image from? If the image was copyrighted you will need to have obtained permission from the copyright holder to use the image. We also have set templates to properly label the images, this is just to insure the copyright holder gets all of the credit they deserve. A great place to find images which are free use images is Flickr, we have a special tool that will allow you to import the images and automatically assign the proper copyright tag. Please see: Special:ImportFreeImages.
