Will not bother fish tankmates, but may prey on snails for their shells.

Identification[edit | edit source]

A small hermit. Right claw is greatly enlarged. Base is maroon to orange with white polka dots. Pincer is white. When withdrawn inside shell, the wide pincer covers opening entirely and resembles a turbo snail.
